Speaking Your Truth: Vishuddha Chakra Edition ~

Where is my Vishuddha (Throat) Chakra & Where is it located?

I don’t think you’ll find it surprising that your throat chakra is your communication center. It’s important to remember, however, that communication is not just about you talking—it’s also about listening. An imbalanced throat chakra can display itself in many ways. Some signs of imbalance are lying, arrogance, talking too much, being manipulative, fear and timidity. On the other hand, a person with a balanced throat chakra can express him or herself well—and this expression isn’t always verbal. {MindBodyGreen.Com}

For starters, curious readers, The Throat Chakra is located where you throat centre is – which would be right under your jaw or a little further down (depending on body structure).

Your throat chakra is also responsible for so much more, especially as a witch or any healing practitioner – i.e: Reiki. Your vishuddha is responsible for listening, correct, but it gets a little more tricky and profound. When your throat chakra is infiltrated or blocked, you will and can hear people’s literal words as something else altogether. For example, someone could be talking about Orchids and depending on the level block-ness, you could either hear the words “or if?” or “Neroli”. Yes, interesting. So let’s move on to the good stuff, shall we?

For starters, again, I would like to point out that my thoughts differ somewhat than the aforementioned, above. Arrogance is a sign of a diminished Solar Plexus and fear and timidity is usually associated with your Earth Chakra (Root) – I just like to call it Earth because I consider our Root to be Divine, which is the Crown Chakra.

What spell should I use to realign my Vishuddha or Herbs?

A good start would be to colour coordinate the plants to the specific chakra. So if this was me, per say, I would use Blue Orchids or Hydrangeas for the throat chakra.

If you do not have any of those laying around, because who other than a witch would casually have Blue Orchids, use any herb that resonates. It is the intention above all that counts. Even salt can be the perfect cleansing substitute – Goddess knows I sprinkle it all over my house and my left shoulder.

Example of a Starter Spell:

~ Draw energy from desired herb. If you have a set spell, that works too. Place it on your altar or wherever you practice & arrange & fancy it as you would typically for a spell~

Blue Orchid Ringing True

I Call Forth Your Healing Hue

Where Blocks Rest On My Throat

Cast Your Light Upon This Blue

~Write on paper, recite and burn – OR – use your own method such as saying it aloud~

But also, final step: Be a Witch.

As always my sweets, Have Fun and Blessed Be…

side note: comments from anyone who is not in alignment with this blog, will be deleted. I hope this is respected by both non-witches and witches alike.

    “Not in alginment” 😆

I love that!! Can I use crystals in spell too or would that effect the energy of it?

Definitely! I just prefer not saying that because I know people who chalk their powers up to crystals, when information is blurred on the internet I prefer to keep it real, haha. 🙂
