Solitary Practice

In today’s world it is not very forthcoming to have to fend for yourself, hence, Paganism, Wicca, other religions.

It feels like everywhere you go there is a group, a community, a place where people go and discuss like ideas, unlike what I choose to do.

There are so many Covens, in every country, you know, the famous quote by Rumi: What You Seek Is Seeking You. I feel that way, except with a community ideas sometimes get lost and, hierarchies get placed, people don’t always agree on everything and that is fine, ok.

I had my fare share of groups in every aspect in life, including Witchcraft. If it is to believed that we each have individual gifts, our own flare to things, then why should anyone have to tell you to do it their way?

I feel like it is time for people to step into their own light. I do not mind mentoring anyone and giving advice or sharing ideas, but my past life begs me to stay away from exacts. I had that, done and out, and I am ready for New.

Please pick me. Everyone’s approach on being an empath is “dont be around negative people and stay at home”. That is not practical, when you live in the real world. I have a job. I have my husbands family. I cannot banish everyone.

I must agree with, Grett. So hard having to go back in your mind and say I wish I dun it better.

I understand, babe. If you believe you have always been divinely guided, then is the past a mistake? Not at all. You’re a soul experiencing a human experience. Embrace it.
